Juicerie Paris with gluten free options

It’s healthy, it’s good, it’s gluten free!

Today eating healthy has become much easier in Paris and to me it simply means eating a dish that is well balanced with good proteins and fats, fresh, seasonal fruit + vegetables, good carbs cooked just right and tons of taste!

So I am very happy today to tell you about Juicerie, a French brand of organic cold-pressed juices that has recently opened two new addresses in the city of lights: one located inside the Hotel Montholon in the 9th arrondissement, and another in the 6th, inside the beautiful Grande Epicerie de Paris.

On the menu, apart from their famous juices, you will find açai bowl, salads, Buddha bowls, cakes, avocado toasts, granola, chia pudding, avocado bowls and daily dishes that vary according to the seasonality of the ingredients.

I have got the chance to taste the Buddha bowl, the açai bowl, the avocado bowl, the avocado toast and the matcha cake.

I did like everything, sincerely.

And that’s mainly because the quality of the ingredients which is great, they are fresh, the dishes look beautiful but they are also good.

I particularly enjoyed the Buddha bowl, a lovely colourful dish that combined fresh and cooked vegetables, delicious humus and vinaigrette. I also liked the avocado toast with yolk marinated in vinegar, so delicious! And, last but not least, the avocado bowl, creamy and naturally sweetened, and the matcha cake: it was soft and moist just the way I like it and a beautiful achievement for gluten free baking!

I do believe that eating healthy can be simple and such a treat when it is cooked so well, presented so beautifully, handed to you by a lovely staff, inside a place that looks like… La Grande Épicerie de Paris 🙂
