Senza Spiga coffee and pastry shop

Senza Spiga is a pastry and coffee shop in Padova that is specialised in gluten free freshly baked bread, cakes, tarts, pizza, focaccia and so much more.

When I was in Padova last week, I couldn’t make it to the atelier because my stay was too short but I did try their yummy gluten free cookies with chocolate and with almonds at Doody’z take away restaurant. They are delicious !

At Senza Spiga, all the products are artisanal, 100% gluten free certified and there are also available some options suitable for vegans.

I do hope to go there and try more products next time I am in town 🙂
