Aunt Benny coffee shop

Aunt Benny is one of my favorite coffee shops in Berlin. I went there a couple of years ago and enjoyed it very much.

They have a nice choice of gluten free sandwiches, cookies and brownies, all delicious.

Today I was happy to be there again.

I had a nice lunch with a grilled gluten free Gigi’s sandwich. They tell me it is one of their best selling ones and by tasting it I can say that I understand it why.

Inside Spanish serrano ham and creamy Manchego cheese, black olives spread and tomatoes, so yummy!

For dessert I opted for a gluten free apple crisp: one of the best apple crumbles ever.

I had also a nice cup of Chai latte, these last days, I have to say that I have a thing or two for Chai latte ;)!

I stayed at Aunt Benny a little while to do some work and catch up on the latest magazines.

While there I got tempted by another gluten free sweet treat: the black forest cookie with chocolate and black cherries, so good!

I loved the ambience as well: in Berlin friendly rhymes with laid-back, relaxed, to me it looks like that here it is easier than in other cities to talk to people and have little chat.

I hope to be back at Aunt Benny coffee shop any time soon.
