Today we get to know a bit better Thank you, my deer in Paris. Jana - co-founder of Thank you, my deer along with her associate Sona - answers to our questions.
Chiara: Why gluten free?
Jana: I am not allergic to gluten but there was a time in my life when I decided to eat gluten free. Back then I remember that there were very few spots in Paris where you could find gluten free food. This is how I came up with the idea to create a coffee shop exclusively dedicated to gluten free.
Chiara: What is Thank you, my deer?
Jana: It is a place where you can relax, meet and socialise with other people. A coffee shop where people can eat great, fresh home-made gluten free food including gluten free bread, drink a good cup of coffee and of course, listen to good music!
Chiara: What is the gluten free food that you love eating the most?
Jana: To me it will be a gluten free éclair, ravioli made by Valerio, our previous chef at the Deer, and a crème brûlée prepared by Giulia our current chef.

Jana: As tasty and good as its gluten counterpart.
