Today I am very happy to introduce you my new collaboration for “The blogs I love” section of Baci di Dama. Living gluten free. Ann and Chloe from the inspiring, positive, wellness and vitality oriented blog Veggie Magnifique share with us a yummy chocolate recipe that is raw, vegan, gluten free and super easy to make !
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Melt the coconut oil in a bain-marie. Add the nut butter, sweetener, vanilla and salt, and stir until you get a runny mixture.
Add the cacao powder and carob powder, and whisk until combined.
STEP 2
Spread the mixture out into a baking pan, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like.
STEP 3
Pop it into the freezer for about an hour. When it’s hard, crack it into cute little squares and enjoy with a lovely cuppa, or even better, a bowl of matcha. Dee-lish!
p.s. It’s best to store this homemade chocolate in the freezer, since it softens very easily!
