Le Bio d’Adam et Eve is the place to go in Paris if you want to grab a quick lunch that is organic, natural, locally sourced, and also gluten free.
Besides at Le Bio d’Adam et Eve all processed food and refined sugar are gently left outside. Everything is fresh and prepared daily. Several options are also lactose free.
What I particularly loved about this place, despite being gluten free friendly ;), is the fantastic choice of food - both cold and cooked - that they offer.
You can choose among different kind of salads, dressings, cereals, soups, juices, smoothies, yogurts, nuts, berries and create your own menu with much fun and taste.
I chose to start with a carrot salad with cranberries, and then I went all the way for the Pink Detox with raw kale and beetroot (so much in love with the color…). It was very good.
I also had the purple quinoa with raw cabbage and grains. I have a thing for quinoa and when it is that pretty I just can’t resist!
As dessert I opted for a delicious carrot cake that was gluten free and dairy free. For drink I enjoyed the Green Power juice: banana + apple + spirulina. A good boost for the rest of my working day.
At le Bio d’Adam et Eve there is also fresh gluten free bread that is baked everyday. You can buy it and bring home with you.
That makes definitely a nice stop if you are around.
