Glu free tea shop and take away

Glu free is another address in Paris 6th arrondissement that is gluten free and lactose free: it that used to be known as Arthé Bio. Small and cosy, this tea room and take away was founded by Myriam Argout two years ago. Since then Myriam has been experimenting gluten free baking and cooking. Today she cooks every day for her clients dishes like you where at home along with simple, genuine, tasty tarts and cakes like you were about to sit down for a moment, relax, drink a good cup of tea - Myriam has a whole collection of organic teas - and enjoy a slice of cake.

Voici une adresse nichée rue du Cherche-Midi dans le 6e arrondissement à Paris qui est sans gluten et sans lactose: Glu free, aussi connu comme Arthé Bio. Fondé il y a deux ans par Myriam Argout, Glu free est une toute petite sale de thé avec take away où Myriam cuisine des plats salés frais tous les jours pour la joie de ses habitués et des nouveaux clients. Il y a aussi un choix de tartes et de gateaux fait-maison pour nos envies sucrés et Myriam m’explique qu’aujourd’hui elle arrive à faire tout aussi sans lactose.

I tasted the lunch box which was a mix of vegetables, rice and quinoa salad. I also enjoyed one slice of a savoury cake with carrots. Very good. The other day I happen to be again in the neighbourhood and couldn’t resist a slice of chocolate orange cake…I love chocolate so much…! Myriam’s cake was light and tasty. I did enjoy it with a cold detox herbal tea prepared by Myriam that same day with fresh herbs and honey.

J’ai testé la lunch box salée que l’on peut façonner à son gout. Moi, j’ai combiné des légumes, du riz et une salade de quinoa. J’ai aussi goûté un morceau du gâteau salé que Myriam avait fait avec des carottes. J’ai bien aimé. L’autre jour j’étais à nouveau dans le quartier et je me suis arrêtée pour faire une petite pause. Mon amour pour le chocolat m’a vite fait choisir une tranche de cake orange-choco, léger et plein de gout. Myriam m’a donné un verre d’une infusion spéciale préparée par elle-même à froid avec des herbes et du miel, parfaite comme detox!

Next time I will stop by, I know what I will be taking…the carrot cake that now is lactose-free as well!
