Gluten free Sandwiches and toasts!

Beccuti Bar (ex-John Toast) is a new place that comes straight from Italy and it has just opened in Paris in rue de Rivoli, close to the Louvre Museum.

My friends know how much I love a good sandwich!

However when you go gluten free, the task of finding a good one becomes just a little bit harder… and it looks like you are looking for the Holy Graal more than just … a sandwich!

This is why I have been working on a gluten free loaf bread recipe for two years now. Today this bread is baked fresh on a daily basis by the Atelier des Lilas and on sale at La Grande Epicerie de Paris.

Speaking of Beccuti Bar, the other good news is that they use our bread to make their yummy-licious sandwiches!

Different recipes are available everyday with fresh, great tasting ingredients coming straight from Italy!

The fist time I went I got tempted by a now-become-classic avocado toast with poached egg. Very tasty. Next time I think I will be going Italian all the way with a mozzarella, tomato, and basil sandwich.

If you are in mood for something sweet after, toasts are available also with the Nutella or L’Atelier des Lilas supplies Beccuti Bar also with artisanal gluten free treats like the good muffin and some delicious brownie.
