Today Vert Midi serves to its clients also the gluten free pasta from Pastificio La Rosa that I distribute in France.
La Rosa pasta is 100% artisanal, made with rice and corn flours, and it’s the result of a long mixing and a slow drying process that makes pasta be “al dente” and it can be enjoyed by everybody, not only people intolerant to gluten.
Marie, co-founder of Vert Midi along with her husband Yves, and I met during the SAAPS at Porte de Versailles last year. I proposed Marie to taste some gluten free pasta from La Rosa that I was presenting at the booth and that same evening Marie wrote me an email saying that she was blown away and that she found it very good!
