During my stay in Berlin last week, thanks to the advice of a new friend Silja, I discovered Veganz!
Veganz is a way of eating and living, it is a philosophy that translates in a grocery store chain with nice coffee shops all rolled up into one.
I was happy to go to the one located in Prenzlauer Berg and have lunch there: all the food is vegan, many options are also gluten free and very good!

I think I enjoyed one of the best quinoa salad of my life: it was made of almonds, broccoli, peas and a delicious vegan and gluten free lemon sauce, so fresh and so yummy!
I also had a superfood smoothie called “Ginger Cleanser” with ginger, apple, pineapple, spinach and spirulina.
My sider salad was with beetroot, carrots, lentils and onions. Loved it so!
I also bought some gluten free chocolate granola: I have a thing for granolas and when I can find one that I can eat because it is gluten free, I am all for it.

My dessert was a vegan gluten free strawberry cheesecake: it was one of the best vegan cheesecake that I have ever tasted !
Available also a Stracciatella cheesecake with chocolate or a Matcha cake with matcha powder that are worth the trip.

I did love Veganz: the food is super fresh, very tasty, loved their coffee shop, warm and cosy, you can sit and eat or just take away your favourite meal for the day.
At the same time Veganz is a place where you can shop many incredible gluten free products. They also have a small library inside the store with the latest books on vegan cuisine.
Hope to be back soon !
