Vegan Pinky Protein Burger!

Today I am very happy to share with you this easy and delicious recipe to make vegan gluten free burgers, packed with precious nutrients, very tasty and soft.

It’s been a while since I wanted to create a recipe for vegan protein burger that I would really love and finally … I made it !

I made this recipe using the Magimix which blended it beautifully.

 

Start by mixing together the azuki beans with the pumpkin seeds, then add the beetroot, blend until you get a smooth consistency.

 

After add all the other ingredients and blend them all together on more time.

 

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

Place some parchment paper on a baking try, create your burgers with the help of your hands.

Place them on the tray and bake for about 20 minutes.

I love eating them when they are still warm… !

Recipe for 2 burgers:

– 80 gr azuki beans (cooked in advance)
– 30 gr pumpkin seeds
– 100 gr cooked beetroot
– 4 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 1 clove of fresh garlic
– 1 table spoon of tahini
– 50 gr arrow root
– a pinch of salt and pepper
– a pinch a paprika and cumin (or any other spice that you love)
