As a food concept born in Ibiza and then developed in Copenhagen, The Organic Boho has all the funky, colourful, sunshine, joy food vibe that we could imagine and associate to the famous Spanish isle.
At the Organic Boho everything is organic, vegan, healthy-oriented, refined sugar free, sustainable and almost gluten free: all food is, they tell me, except for falafels and wraps.
Located in the hippie, free city of Christiana, the Organic Boho has quickly became famous for its colourful breakfast smoothie bowls (açai, matcha, blue spirulina, cocoa) served with a swirl of delicious peanut butter, the rainbow lattes (pink pitaya, green matcha, blue spurulina, golden latte), burgers, sweet potato fries, salad bowls, smoothies, freshly pressed juices, avocado toasts and also the Rainbow brunch!
I tasted the avocado toasts, the green matcha smoothie bowl, one cappuccino with oat milk and the pink pitaya latte: everything was as good and as beautiful as it looks!
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere relaxed: I did enjoy my stay and had a lovely boho time there… chilling out and going …with the flow… This too is the Organic Boho “free” spirit J
pS one disappointing thing though… there is no toilet…!
