You will see, there are many products that you don’t usually find anywhere else and I do enjoy trying them in my recipes.

For example, I made a special recipe to share with you: chia pudding with raspberries and coconut yoghurt !

Ingredients:

  • 1 punnet/basket of raspberry
  • 2 tbs of chia seeds
  • 12 tbs gluten free oat milk (or another plant milk of your choice)
  • 1 coffee spoon of the “Maca Plus” mix (with maca-cocoa-carob)
  • 1 tbs of honey
  • 2 tbs of coconut yoghurt
  • red berries
  • almonds flaked
  • Quinoa real chocolate granola

Squash the raspberries in a bowl with the help of a fork.

Add the chia seeds, whisk gently, add the plant milk, the honey and the Maca Plus, whisk one more time.

Cover it with some food wrap, put in a fridge for a whole night.

Eat it in the morning with some topping: I used a spoonful of coconut yoghurt, Quinoa real chocolate granola (so crunchy and yummy), almonds flaked and red berries.
