Have you ever heard or eaten a gluten free pizza with nutella?
You need to know that I have been friend with Andrea from La Locanda del Pentegallo in Turin for quite a while now and oh boy…the man can cook ! And oh boy… everything is 100% gluten free!
How can I not write a new article on a man who is cyclist by day and gluten free self-taught cook at night, who can make such an incredible gluten free pizza with nutella, vanilla ice-cream and look at those cakes!
Have I convinced you that if you are in Turin or planning to be, please go and meet Andrea and say hi for me, or at least to his cakes 🙂

The last time I was there, Andrea showed me all the cooking books that he collects and studies; the recipes that he loves and how he changes them here and there to follow his taste, fantasy and give them a unique final touch.
Curious to know which is my favourite cake among these delicious, irresistible ladies??
Mmmh, the typical and traditional hazelnut cake with the famous “round-shaped” hazelnuts from Piemonte! I really can’t resist it.
