Pancake sisters coffee shop

Pancake sisters is lovely coffee shop in Paris 10th arrondissement that is really “rondement bon” as they claim.

Specialised in pancakes, both savoury and sweet, Sonia and Karine, long time friends and founders of Pancake sisters, have created a place that is cheerful and colourful and where they can experiment new recipes of pancakes that change according to the seasons, their creativity and inspiration.

Thursdays are gluten free day but you can also have it during the week, you just need to call one day in advance and Sonia and Karine will make sure you taste some of the best pancakes ever!

I went there for a Sunday brunch. I started with a trio of gluten free, lactose free pancakes where you can spread jams, hazelnut + cocoa cream and maple syrup. I loved the pancakes ! So fluffy and tasty.

After I had a double savoury pancake with blue poppy seeds, served with serrano ham, cream cheese with chives and scrambled ham. So yummy!

The brunch includes also hot drinks, the daily smoothy, yoghurt and a fresh fruit salad.

Don’t forget to try the “panster” that is available during the week: a double pancake concocted by Sonia and Karine to make their customers happy to try new recipes and flavours.

Last tip, on Thursdays it’s also happy hour for everybody so you can enjoy a drink and… a pancake !
