Lately I have been asking myself this question…

If I should imagine Christmas, the kind of Christmas I would like to have…how would it be?

Well, to me it would sound like … a gentle rain of icing sugar, hot spiced chocolate, some velvety red cherries rolling here and there, tons of pinky, puffy, fluffy, sweet cream where I could rest and sleep.

Mmmmm, it looks like some gluten free yummy French bûches de Noël cakes that I have recently spotted at Noglu pastry shop in Paris, created by the new talented pastry chef Misato.

The first one I have stepped into is a Chocolate and Orange bûche: looking at it I am slowly and deeply falling in love with…

But here it comes another beauty bûche cake with called Mont Blanc…chestnut and cream, my double combined passion…!

And then like a king to this magic sugary delicate gluten free kingdom, stands the “Couronne de Noel” – the Christmas crown – made of chocolate and cranberries. I am definitely conquered !

All these incredible French bûches, especially conceived for the Christmas holiday period, can be ordered at Noglu before December 18th by contacting the boutique with a phone call or an email at +33 (0)1 42 36 52 50 – ou contact@noglu.fr

At the shop others surprises are waiting for us … can’t wait !
