Living in Paris, I discovered Niepi one year ago: I still remember how happy I was to hold in my hands a magazine completely focused on gluten free food and how beautiful it was!

I bought it immediately and since then I am eager to discover what’s new in the magazine next issue.

To me reading Niepi is like stepping in a wonderful world that is green like only nature can be, full of vibrant colours that makes you happy, well-being oriented, with great food that happens to be gluten free.

Niepi is the brainchild of Frédérique Barral who created it after being diagnosed with celiac disease and so her daughter.

Niepi is about her way to show to the world that you can make fantastic gluten free food and enjoy it with your loved ones and friends.

Niepi is full of recipes, reviews, tricks and tips to master the art of living gluten free.

Food is not only there to nourish ourselves but it is also a way of getting in touch with others, be with them, it is such an important part of our daily life and overall culture. It reflects the way we are, breathe, live, walk. It is important to cherish it and make the best out of it.

This is my personal feeling when I read Niepi and also my personal challenge with the Baci di Dama Living gluten free project.

It is always a pleasure when similar visions are shared because I believe that only together we can make a significant difference and contribute to a positive change in everybody’s lives.
