There are places that make you feel good by just being there and enjoy a simple yet good cup of tea or coffee. It’s like the aura they have, I guess, that embraces you the moment you step through the door.
Mona in Bordeaux is one of those places for me.

Mona is the perfect tea room to stop while strolling in Bordeaux city center: the choice of teas is extensive and one of the best to me. Imagine that there are teas suggested for each hour you happen to step in.
I was also lucky because they always have one gluten free dessert on their menu: the orange and almond cake.
I tasted it: so fluffy and moist, just the way I like it.
If you happen to be there for lunch, there will be also salads that are made gluten free.
