Today I show you one beautiful and special pastry shop in Paris called Les Fées Pâtissières. Les Fées Pâtissières was created by the talented Parisian duo Déborah Lévy and Sarah Harb with one clear objective in mind: bring a fresh, new breath to the great French tradition of pastry making. After training themselves in France and abroad, Déborah and Sarah teamed with Eddie Benghanem, the pastry chef of the Trianon Palace in Versailles. Their exchanges and collaborations have made their dream come true and I am very happy to find out that I can “eat” part of that dream as some delicious pastries are naturally gluten free.

What about these macarons? Aren’t they the cutest ever !!?? And so good! I loved the texture of the cream and their small size make them perfect to be eaten all in once. Les Fées Pâtissières excel in the art of the meringue and if you look just below you can see two other beautiful pastries that I ate, one with red berries and the other with chocolate…oh my…they were both divine!

As Christmas is getting closer and closer, I could not resit to the marron glacé, I love chestnuts so much and everything that is made with them!

This explain why I found utterly impossible to resist the call for the Mont Blanc. Delish!

Much gratitude to Les Fées Pâtissières who create also pastries that are naturally gluten free so that we, gluten free eaters and lovers, can enjoy them too.

pS if you are in Paris for Christmas, the renown French bûches de Noël at Les Fées Pâtissière are just stunning and gluten free. To order in advance.
