Delicious fresh gluten free seeded bread

I have already written posts on Le Pain Quotidien as I love this place very much and also the gluten free food that they make.

Today I have decided to write yet another one because I think that their fresh gluten free seeded bread is just delicious and that it deserves one. I bought mine yesterday and oh my, it is one of the best gluten free bread that I have ever tasted!

Le Pain Quotidien: gluten free bread is fresh, fluffy and tasty

I am Italian and I love bread: it is in my DNA, I guess, along pizza and pasta…! It is part of my culture, and in Italy we eat bread with almost every meal. When I discovered I was celiac years ago, I was sad because I didn’t like the taste of most mainstream bread. Now things are changing that the quality of the gluten free food is improving more and more.

At Le Pain Quotidien, the gluten free bread is fresh, fluffy and tasty. Once you toast it, it gets even better. I love it for breakfast, with jam and some fruit: so tasty yet so light.

Le Pain Quotidien: gluten free sandwich

Or for a quick lunch, I can’t resist to eat it with shrimps, avocado, lemon and dill – one of my favourite gluten free sandwich ever.

Bravo to Le Pain Quotidien !

I am a Coeliac and I love your gluten free seeded bread. It’s the best gluten free bread I have eaten.
I live in Enfield and therefore cannot purchase your bread unless I’m in London.
Please can you let me know if I can order on line.
    Thank you

Hello, I love that bread too 🙂 Le Pain Quotidien is a food chain and doesn’t sell on line, so far that I know…however try on its website if they do sell products on line
