Excellent Italian artisanal gluten free pasta
Today I am very happy to introduce you some great Italian gluten free pasta that I love. I loved it so much that I asked the brand to work with them and export this great product in France and also abroad. This is just the kind of gluten free food enthusiast that I am…I don’t wait the brand to come to me, I go to them
Why did I love it???
Well, in the first place, because of its taste and texture! Really great for an Italian like myself who was used to eat regular gluten pasta before discovering the celiac disease.
Second because it is an artisanal brand, 100% natural (!), no additives whatsoever.
The pasta dough is worked slowly and for a long time, the various shapes are produced using bronze dies to give La Rosa pasta its typical rough and opaque surface appearance. It is let slowly dry at low temperatures to keep the organoleptic characteristics of a homemade Italian product intact.
I purchased your Las Rosa G-F gramigna in my local specialy food store–Burrini’s-and really enjoyed it SOOO MUCH!]
They have not replenished this past type yet so I am going to let them know to order more and hope they do so that such a wonderful product can be available here.
I made a simple dish of mac and cheese and the gramigna pasta was a perfect choice and held the cheese nicely around it. I bought 3 boxes and felt so lucky to know another was in my pantry. Now, I have to get them to order more
