La Caféothèque coffee shop

There is a thing that I truly love is to work in coffee shops: I love having people around, the noise, the music, the chit-chat, all this it’s a source of inspiration for me and never a bother to my work. This week I went to La Caféothèque: an institution in Paris for everybody who loves coffee. Gloria Monténégro created it 10 years ago: la Caféothèque is a coffeehouse where the best varieties of coffee from around the world are selected with care, then roasted, they are both on sale and available to drink at the coffee shop.

Coffee is a real passion here and Gloria created also a school called “l’école de caféologie” where she teaches courses for future baristas-to-be. Then for all of us gluten free eaters and lovers, there is one great news: available and fresh every day, there are quiches and cakes by L’Atelier des Lilas in Paris that is specialised in great tasting gluten free food delivered all over town. What can I say more?? I had a real nice time there 🙂
