As a pioneer brand in gluten free baking since 2009, Kent&Frazer has been making some of the best biscuits and shortbread that I have ever tasted. Their challenge is to actually produce outstanding products that are as good as, if not better than, their wheat-based counterparts. Well, I have to say, they have made it just right!
Every time I am in London I can’t resist to their beautiful little boxes: the colors, the shape, they remind me of the old milk boxes we used to have in Italy when I was a child.
Besides at Kent&Frazer they do “love good food” as they claim: their range is not only gluten free, wheat-free and egg free, but also 100% natural ingredients, no additives and no preservatives.
This time I opted for a Vanilla and Walnut shortbread: if I could describe the smell of the vanilla when you open the package …divine!
As I have a thing for ginger, the spicy ginger cookies were in my cart too. So good.
