Juice Lab Café

New healthy coffee shop with gluten free options!

There I was one day, walking in the beautiful Place des Vosges in Paris, when I spotted a new coffee shop that had just opened: Juice Lab.

The cherry on the cake?

They have gluten free options!

Juice Lab is a well-known French brand of coldly pressed fresh juices that has started to open also cafés in the city where you can buy these healthy juices but also stop, chill out and eat.

The design is so bright and how lovely everything looks especially the comfy armchair where I choose to sit and relax for a while.

I also loved the high celling that is a bit a characteristic of the beautiful palais (buildings) of this historic square.

On the menu, based on the season, you can find hot soups, salads, one hot dish that changes daily, French quiches, açai bowls, juices, smoothies, delicious muffins and cakes!

I can tell you that I did enjoy what I tasted: the salad was perfectly seasoned and crunchy, the muffin moist and delicate, the açai bowl just perfect!

Of course juices are delicious too and available in several flavours.

This is the kind of place that I do like and with such a beautiful square all around, it’s definitely worth the walk and the stop 😉
