This week I am in Rome for work and I got the chance to look around and research about what’s new on gluten free.
One day I took a walk in one of my favourite neighbourhoods: Monti. I love it so much: situated across the Colosseo, to me Monti is like the perfect mix of old, beautiful Rome with a touch of an eclectic, young, vibrant feel.

It was no surprise that an innovative food concept opened just here in 2014: Grezzo Raw Chocolate.
Founded by Nicola Salvi and Vito Cortese, awarded best Italian raw master chef, Grezzo Raw Chocolate is specialised in raw, gluten free, lactose free, vegan chocolate, pastries, ice-creams and incredible desserts.
