Today I am happy and thrilled to introduce you the best gluten free croissants that I have ever tasted!
They are made in Italy by an artisanal brand called Alimenta 2000 and today they are on sale also in Paris where I live.
Last summer I went to visit Alimenta 2000 because as a celiac person and a regular customer, I have always loved their products, the quality is great and the taste also, and I wanted to interview them for my blog.
There I discovered the gluten free croissants and got smitten!
They are really great to be “free from” products. This is why I decided to embark myself on a new gluten free adventure to represent the brand in France and help them being distributed here.
Besides Alimenta 2000 gluten free croissants are 100% natural, no preservatives whatsoever, so they are sold frozen to keep the properties and the fragrance intact.
You just need to pop them in the oven for about 15 minutes and they will come out freshly baked and so good!
Can’t wait to hear your feedbacks on this product! Hope you’ll love them too.

And here there are some of our beloved French bloggers who tasted the gluten free croissants during Taste of Paris at Grand Palais last February: they ate them and loved them!
These lovely ladies are Natacha from Ma cuisine sans gluten et Jérémie from La Fée sans gluten.
Here we have also a beautiful article on the gluten free croissants written by Clémentine from Clem sans gluten:

She offered them to her husband for Valentine’s day 🙂
Last but not least, if you curious to know who hides behind Alimenta 2000, here it is my interview to Claudio, Gabriella and Giacomo who tell us more about this family-run business in the South of Italy:
