Apple tart… gluten free and fat free!

One of the projects that I started with this blog and that I care about is making you know also other blogs besides mine, that I love and follow.

Today Elisa, a dear friend and Italian blogger from Glutenfreeely, shares with us a recipe that is super simple and super yummy: the apple tart!

Sometimes pleasures in life are so simple…

I have just done it myself for a Sunday gathering and it took me basically 15 minutes to do it and then bake it.

The result is impressive and we all enjoyed it.

Hope you’ll do as well!

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel the apples, cut them in slices and put them in a bowl with the lemon juice.

Sift the flour, the salt and the spices.

Beat the sugar and the eggs in a large bowl for at least 10 minutes until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.

Add the flour, mix with delicate movements from top to bottom.

Take a round tin, put some baking paper on it, add the apples, then pour in the mixture and bake the apple tart in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Check if ready with the help of a tooth-pick.

Cool down completely before serving.

Sprinkle some icing sugar on top and decorate the cake as it most pleases you.
