Clearspring is an organic brand that I like very much: I discovered it in London years ago and now that I can find some of their gluten free products in Paris where I currently live I am very happy about it.
Clearspring is a privately owned UK company established in the 1980s to distribute great tasting traditional foods that support good health.
They also promote sustainable agriculture, and provide economic stability for producer communities.

They are super yummy Clearspiring brown rice crackers with black sesame seeds.
Last night I married them with some delicious French goat cheese that I bought from a local cheese shop. They are perfect to enjoy an aperitivo, or some snacking or a light dinner.
