Carrés Ronds gluten free biscuits

Last Friday I went to Quintessence shop located in Paris 15th arrondissement to assist to a conference about Ayurveda.

I was eager to find out more and once there, I discovered a fantastic place specialised in holistic wellness with one amazing selection of products, from beauty care to herbal teas, from superfoods to raw chocolate bars. And lucky me, almost everything they sell is gluten free!

I got the chance to meet Catherine, founder and owner of Quintessence: she is so passionate about everything, she can tell you the story of each brand, its peculiarity and how she got to know it and work with it.

Thanks to her, I discovered Carrés Ronds, a new French brand from the Bretagne region specialised in gluten free cookies and pastries that are organic and baked following the best pastry tradition.

Back home I tried the cookies with “caramel beurre salé” – with caramel and salted butter – I love this flavour so much and the cookies are so, so, so good!

Available also the chocolate chip cookies – that are also lactose-free – speculoos, brownies and other yummy biscuits and tarts to satisfy every taste, wish or desire.

Can’t wait to try more…I can say now that Carrés Ronds has got me 😉
