I have been going to Café Pinson for quite a while now, it is a place that I like very much when I am in Paris. The design by Dorothée Meilichzon is just fantastic, relaxed and laid-back. The food is always super fresh, healthy, tasty and of course, gluten free!

This time I was there on a Sunday and on Sunday it is brunch day, all day long, yummy!
I started with a mix of tartines with red berries jam, vegan butter and a to-die-for chocolate + hazelnut cream. Hot teas, cafés and hot chocolate with hazelnut milk are at your disposal at the counter.
The main course was a fresh salad mix, eggs, roasted potatoes with paprika and lemon and one of Pinson signature madeleine with curry, it was delicious! I have a thing for madeleines, that is for sure 😉
To indulge in something sweet, afterwards I had home made granola with oats and roasted nuts + soya yoghurt with a compote of apple and cinnamon.
I love Pinson granola, it is very tasty and crunchy just the way I like it. I also had two madeleines, nature and with red berries, to go with my herbal tea.
A special thank you to the staff of café Pinson: they were super nice, they let me take lots of nice pictures and were very professional as well.
Be back soon.
