3 Bio gluten free restaurant

3 Bio is a new veggie and gluten free restaurant that opened in Paris 9th arrondissement; these days the 9th is « the » neighbourhood to go if you want to eat veggie, organic, local and gluten free, see also my posts on restaurants 5 Lorette and PH7 Equilibre.

I went for lunch to 3 Bio one day, with my friend Audrey from the beautiful blog Frichty.

I do love visiting a new place with a friend: not only it’s more fun but also we get to share the gluten free food and we end up tasting more things.

We both took a lunch formula made of 1 gluten free entrée+1 main course+1 dessert.

Mmmmhhh, my opinion and experience on it were….

The black and white salad with wild garlic was good.

My main course was not, unfortunately…

It lacked taste and to me the millet was not cooked properly, it wal all sticky and I could not eat it.

Fortunately Audrey, feeling the call of her Spanish blood ;), opted for a tortilla and that one was definitely better.

What about dessert?

Audrey’s chocolate mousse was tastier than my baked apple with hazelnuts.

Again, to me it lacked taste.

Maybe topping it with some vanilla or cinnamon would have helped.

However 3 Bio has just opened and I am sure that it will surprise us with new veggie gluten free recipes, with a pinch of taste on top 🙂
