Today I am so happy to tell you about the two new Parisian coffee shops opened by Keïli, an American chef living in Paris, insanely beautiful, incredibly talented!
Keïli runs two new venues in Paris this year: one 100% gluten free in rue Amelot, in the Marais in Paris, and another one at Dock B, in Pantin, with gluten free options ( … granola, cakes and cookies… )
I met Keïli almost four years ago, when we were both starting our new careers: Keïli was and still is a successful gluten free chef, managing her own catering business along with her partner associate, François.
I still remember her brunch at Causses: so many incredible dishes sparkling with colours, taste and generosity. Her brownie… to die for!
Keïli’s approach to cuisine, besides being gluten free, is organic, local as much as she can, fresh, seasonal, and house made.
There are always vegetarian, vegan and meat options at her coffee shop in rue Amelot, as for her, it is important to make room for everyone at the table. You can grab a Bento box to go or decide to stay and indulge in the daily dish, made fresh and with much love.
Furthermore her team is as kind and smiley as she is, and they will make you feel comfortable and have a great time while you are there.
